Ulsan Library was opened on a warm spring day in 2018 with the earnest wishes of our citizens.
Ulsan Library aims to be a hub of knowledge and information in the 4th Industrial Revolution Age, a library managing and supporting the public libraries in Ulsan as a multi-purpose space for culture and education for citizens.
Ulsan Library promises to satisfy the demands of citizens by securing and providing specialized data of Ulsan, establishing its identity as the representative library of Ulsan and strengthening the cooperation network with local libraries.
